Social responsibility and transparency
At Francesco Russo, respect for people's rights and dignity is an essential part of our work. Our Social Responsibility Policy sets out the company's principles and commitments in accordance with PAS 24000:2022, extending to suppliers and external workshops in our supply chain.
Our policy principles
People and decent work
Proper employment contracts, pay in line with collective agreements, working hours that respect workers' rights, and rejection of child labour and forced labour.
Health, safety and respect
Risk prevention, training and protective equipment, equal opportunities and measures against discrimination and harassment.
Freedom and ethics
Freedom of association, business integrity, rejection of corruption and protection of personal data.
Supply chain responsibility
Assessment of human rights risks and a requirement for suppliers and subcontractors to uphold the same principles.
Participation and reporting
The policy allows concerns about breaches of its principles to be reported confidentially, including anonymously. It lists a reporting box, a whistleblowing platform, the email address amministrazione@francescorussosrl.it and the workers' representative.
