YOUR DATA
Privacy notice
How we handle information when you browse, contact us or submit a report.
Controller and contact
The controller is Francesco Russo S.r.l., Strada Consortile Zona ASI, 81030 Teverola (CE), Italy, VAT 08704601213. For privacy enquiries and rights requests, use the contact form or write to the registered office. Whether a data protection officer has been appointed is being checked.
Data we process and why
Browsing and security. The website and hosting systems may process IP address, request time, pages and resources requested, browser and device information, response status and security logs to deliver the site, diagnose problems and prevent abuse. The form’s anti-spam test creates a temporary challenge and uses an identifier derived from the IP address to limit repeated submissions.
Enquiries. We process the message and information you choose to provide, such as name, telephone, email and attachments, to handle and, where a contact is supplied, answer your enquiry.
Reports and complaints. We process the description and optional information, including any people involved, location, date and attachments, to receive and review the report. You can submit without a name or telephone number; content, file metadata and technical connection data may nevertheless identify you. Avoid including unnecessary personal data.
Statistics. Only with consent, Burst Statistics measures use of the website using a browser identifier and browsing data. You can withdraw consent using the cookie preferences button. See the cookie policy.
Legal basis and providing data
Statistics cookies are based on consent, which you may refuse or withdraw without affecting prior lawful processing. The controller is verifying the applicable legal bases for security, enquiries and reports against the actual processes. Information necessary for browsing or submitting a form is needed for the relevant service; other form fields are optional. Without contact details we cannot send a personal reply.
Recipients
General enquiries go to the administration. Reports and attachments are also sent to a third party appointed by the company; the current recipient is temporary. Authorised staff and hosting, maintenance, security, email and backup providers may access data as needed. The site uses WordPress and components for security (WP Cerber and Imunify), consent (Complianz and WP Consent API), statistics (Burst), forms and content. Installing a component does not by itself mean every item of data is sent to its vendor. Privacy roles, supplier agreements, backup destinations and any transfers outside the European Economic Area are being verified.
Retention and protection
Retention periods or criteria for messages, reports, attachments, logs, statistics and backups remain to be defined by the controller. Uploaded attachments are removed from the website’s temporary area after an attempted dispatch; they may remain in recipients’ mailboxes and backups. Access should be restricted to authorised people and appointed providers.
Your rights
Where applicable under Articles 15–22 GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing and withdraw consent where applicable. Use the contact form or write to the registered office. You may also complain to the Italian data protection authority. We may need enough information to identify your request.
External links and updates
The contact page displays a static map hosted on this site using OpenStreetMap data. The directions link opens Google Maps, governed by the Google privacy policy. Links to social networks, videos and external platforms open separate services governed by their own notices. This document will be updated when outstanding facts are confirmed or services change.
